OUR MISSION
The Forgotten Prisoner is a non-profit (501c3) founded by Jarred Shaw and Donte West dedicated to sentence modification for people imprisoned for cannabis worldwide through legal intervention, stake-holder advocacy, and worldwide policy reform. We work to find the cannabis prisoners that are left behind in prison.
We believe as laws are being passed around the United States including worldwide we must use education and common legal knowledge to help those forgotten by the prison system. As cannabis companies are becoming an essential business and States around America will accumulate tax dollars because of it we must remind elected officials and the outdated sentencing Jurisdictions that the industry wouldn’t exist without the incarceration of the cannabis prisoner.

The ultimate gift anyone could receive is freedom, the ultimate currency is time"
— Donte West
